Esprazzivo is the swinging jazz ensemble of five very experienced, educated musicians.
They play a well-balanced mixture of sparkling jazz, smooth bossanovas, sunny latin and velvety ballads. They are the perfect complement to your reception, festival, gala, party, presentation and opening.
Esprazzivo is based on the Italian term ‘espressivo’, to play with soul, with emotion.
Frontwoman and singer Rehana Begum, with her warm, exotic voice, tells musical stories with a twist of her own. Tenor saxophonist Trinus de Vries gives Esprazzivo an extra ‘bite’. Guitarist Harm Nielsen, double bass player Lenny Fleer and drummer Peter de Heer are the heart of a creative rhythm section.
